What Parents and Students Are Saying

Meet Sarah

Hi, I’m Sarah Hodgson — a qualified teacher librarian with a Bachelor of Education (Hons), Master of Education, and Master of Education (Teacher Librarianship).

I’ve spent years supporting children of all abilities to discover that reading can be enjoyable, engaging, and confidence-building.

I personally read and select every book used in these groups and draw on proven classroom strategies to ensure every child feels included.

My goal is simple: to help your child fall in love with reading.

What Happens in Each Session?

Students read high-interest books together and take part in relaxed, guided discussions about characters, events, and ideas.

Children are encouraged to participate in ways that suit them — reading aloud, listening, sharing thoughts, or using the chat.

There’s no pressure — just great stories and meaningful conversations.
