  • respond to enquiries and provide requested information
  • manage enrolments, payments and communication for Reading Book Club / reading groups
  • send program updates and important information related to your enquiry or enrolment
  • improve my services and website

I take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Personal information is stored securely using trusted service providers and systems.


Sharing your personal information

I do not sell your personal information. I may share personal information with trusted third-party service providers only when needed to deliver my services (for example, website hosting, form providers, email services, invoicing/payment processing, and online meeting platforms). These providers are only given the information required to perform their services.

Payment & Refund Policy

By enrolling in my Reading Groups, you are reserving a place for your child in a small group. Because places are limited and I plan each term around confirmed enrolments, no other child can take your child’s place once you are enrolled, and enrolment is for the full term.


Commitment to the full term

  • Enrolment is for the entire term (the full set of sessions scheduled for that term).
  • Your child’s place is held for the term, which means you are committing to payment for the full term.

Payment options

  • Payment can be made upfront for the full term, or weekly across the term.
  • Regardless of which option you choose, enrolling means you are committing to paying for the full term.

No refunds (change of mind or missed sessions)

  • No refunds are provided for change of mind.
  • No refunds are provided for missed sessions, including absences due to illness, holidays, other commitments, or technology issues on your end.

Catching up after an absence

  • If your child misses a session, I maintain a weekly reading tracker so they can easily catch up and rejoin the next week.

If I need to cancel a session

  • If I ever need to cancel a session, I will contact you as soon as possible and provide either a make-up session or a credit for that session.
