Meet Sarah

Hi, I’m Sarah.

I hold a Bachelor of Education (Honours), a Master of Education, and a Master of Education (Teacher Librarianship), with over 12 years of experience across primary education.

I have worked as a classroom teacher, teacher librarian, and curriculum coordinator across Prep to Year 6, with a focus on behaviour management, classroom routines, and consistent teaching practice.

My work centres on helping teachers implement clear, practical systems that reduce disruption, improve consistency, and create calm, focused classrooms.

The strategies in this course are drawn directly from real classroom experience and are designed to be effective, sustainable, and immediately usable. I’ve seen firsthand what works—and what doesn’t—when it comes to behaviour management in real classrooms.

If behaviour is taking over your classroom…

You’re not alone.

  • You’re repeating instructions—but nothing changes
  • Behaviour is interrupting your teaching
  • You’re unsure what to say or do in the moment
  • You’ve tried strategies—but they don’t stick
  • You want a calm classroom—but don’t know how to get there

When behaviour is inconsistent, learning is disrupted.

And when you’re constantly reacting, it’s exhausting.

And it’s not because you’re doing something wrong—you just haven’t been given a clear system.

But with the right systems in place—this can change quickly.

Introducing: Chaos to Calm

A practical, step-by-step behaviour management system designed for real classrooms, real students, and real teachers. So you always know what to say, what to do, and how to respond—no matter the situation.

This isn’t theory.

This isn’t guesswork.

This is:

  • What to say
  • What to do
  • How to stay consistent

So you can walk into your classroom knowing exactly how to respond—without second-guessing yourself.

What changes when you implement this

  • You give clear directions once—and students actually follow them
  • Transitions become smoother and faster
  • Behaviour interruptions decrease
  • You spend more time teaching (and less time managing behaviour)
  • You feel calm, confident, and in control

What you’ll learn

  • How to set clear expectations students actually follow
  • How to respond to behaviour calmly and consistently
  • How to reduce disruptions without raising your voice
  • How to build strong, predictable classroom routines
  • How to manage transitions without losing learning time
  • How to support all learners—including challenging behaviour
  • How to feel confident and in control as a teacher

Why this works (when other strategies don’t)

Most professional development gives you ideas… but leaves you to figure out how to use them.

Because knowing what to do isn’t the problem— doing it consistently is.

And teachers are often expected to implement new strategies in isolation.

That’s why behaviour management doesn’t stick.

So instead of trying to remember strategies in the moment—you’ll have a system you can rely on.

Chaos to Calm is different.

You won’t just learn strategies—you’ll implement them with support, structure, and guidance—so they actually become part of your classroom practice.

Most PD Stops at the Training. This Doesn’t.

How often do you complete professional development… and actually get ongoing support while you implement it?

Most professional development gives you strategies…

and then sends you back to your classroom to figure it out on your own.

No follow-up.

No guidance.

No support when it actually matters.

That’s where this is different.

Chaos to Calm doesn’t just teach you what to do—

it supports you while you actually do it.

Because strategies don’t change classrooms—implementation does.

  • A clear, step-by-step system so you always know what to say and do
  • Ongoing weekly support so you’re never left figuring it out alone
  • Real classroom scenarios so you can see exactly how it works
  • Equivalent to 3+ hours of professional development
  • Receive a tax invoice for your records

This isn’t a course you watch once and forget.

You’ll have support as you:

  • try strategies in your classroom
  • adjust and refine what’s working
  • respond to challenging behaviour in the moment
  • build consistency over time

Because knowing what to do is one thing…

having support while you do it is what actually creates change.

Imagine this instead:

  • You give directions once—and students follow them.
  • Transitions feel calm and predictable.
  • Interruptions decrease.
  • You feel confident, in control, and supported every step of the way.

You don’t need more strategies.

You need the right ones—and the support to actually use them.
