My Teaching Journey
Hi, I’m Sarah.
Since starting my teaching career in 2013, I’ve worked across Prep to Year 6 as a classroom teacher, teacher librarian, and curriculum coordinator.
Alongside this, I’ve completed a Bachelor of Education (Honours), a Master of Education, and a Master of Education (Teacher Librarianship).
Over the years, I’ve learnt so much—both from successes and challenges—and I’m passionate about sharing that knowledge in a way that is practical, clear, and genuinely helpful.
Supporting Teachers and Families
Teaching can be incredibly rewarding—but it can also feel overwhelming.
That’s why I create practical, done-for-you resources that help classrooms feel calmer, more structured, and more connected.
These resources are designed to support teachers and homeschool families with clear, effective strategies—so you can spend less time figuring things out and more time focusing on your students.

Inspiring a Love of Reading
I’m equally passionate about helping children develop a genuine love of reading.
Through my online reading clubs, I create relaxed, supportive spaces where students from across Australia come together to read, share ideas, and enjoy stories.
There’s no pressure—students can participate in the way that suits them, whether that’s reading aloud, joining the discussion, or simply listening.
My Approach
Everything I create is grounded in real classroom experience and guided by a simple belief:
Reading and learning should feel accessible, meaningful, and achievable.
I focus on:
- building confidence through structure and consistency
- supporting both comprehension and writing
- creating calm, supportive learning environments
- helping children connect with reading in a genuine way
My Mission
For Teachers and Families:
To provide practical, thoughtful tools that make teaching and learning clearer, calmer, and more effective.
For Students:
To help every child experience the confidence, connection, and enjoyment that comes from reading.
